Biometric Devices

Do I need to have a biometric device?

Our system already offers biometric devices, we have several options that can meet your needs. These devices are already adapted to our web system.

I have employees who are constantly working in the field. How can they record the hours worked?

Our biometric units are portable, they can be connected to a car charger. We also offer the DigiWorkforce Punch Application, which is very secure. This application uses the GPS of the cell phone to record the coordinates of the employee.

What happens if I can't use the finger that was inscribed on the puncher?

Up to 10 fingers can be added to the devices. In addition, if the fingerprint is not acceptable, the unit will take a photo, and the photo can be activated as a punch.


System

Is there an additional cost for system training?

We have a specialized work team to provide training on the different modules of the system through virtual appointments.

Is the system updated with the January 26, 2017 Law No. 4, Ley de Transformación y Flexibilidad Laboral?

Our system is up to date with all the labor laws of Puerto Rico. It is highly flexible and can be adjusted to labor laws of other countries.

Does your Payroll service include filling of the Quarterly tax forms (state and federal)?

Not at this moment. Our system generates several reports that can be used for filling these forms. We are working on some updates so that the system can fill them automatically.


Costs

Are there any extra costs for additional users?

No. The monthly service fee is per clock unit, there are no additional cost for the T&A system, users, training, support, reports or exports.

Are there any costs for equipment repair or replacement?

The warranty only excludes: theft, vandalism, human accident or natural disaster. Any other service required is included in the monthly service fee.

What are the costs associated with contract cancellation?

No contract is required to sign up. The client is free to cancel anytime without any penalties. Our service is guranteed.
